Shipping policy
All orders are shipped Priority (with the rare exception shipping first class mail) via USPS and will come with a tracking number and standard insurance. Please contact us before placing an order if you would like to use an alternative shipping method, want additional insurance, or would like to add the requirement of signature upon delivery.
If your package seems to be lost before delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating it/filing an insurance claim. In the event that an item is lost in the mail we will do everything in our power to assist in tracking down the package, but once items are marked shipped they are out of our hands, therefore we cannot offer refunds for lost merchandise.
